Dear East End Veterinary Clients:
Thank you all for your continued support and patience over the last 14 months as we’ve weathered the COVID-19 storm. We are writing to inform you that effective Monday June 7th, we are making the following changes to our operations. Clients who have regular appointments or surgeries scheduled for their pets will be allowed to accompany their pets in the building, as long as face-masks are worn at all times. We will continue to have you call the reception desk when you arrive to check-in for your appointment, and remain in your vehicle until we notify you to meet one of our technicians on the sidewalk in front of the building. The technician will escort you and your pet into the building. For clients who have technician appointments scheduled for their pets, we will continue to operate with curb-side service for the time being, so as to decrease congestion in the waiting area. Please call the reception desk to check-in when you arrive for your technician appointment, and a technician will come out to get your pet.
